​REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy Effective Date: January 1, 2026

EzXpress Logistics LLC provides time-, labor-, and resource-based transportation and logistics services. This Refund Policy establishes the terms governing refunds and billing adjustments between EzXpress Logistics LLC and its customers. Once a load has been dispatched, a driver has been assigned, or services have begun, all charges are considered earned and non-refundable. This includes costs related to labor, fuel, scheduling, administrative processing, and vehicle utilization. Refunds or partial refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances where services were not rendered due to an error solely attributable to EzXpress Logistics LLC. Any approved refund will be issued at the company’s discretion and may be partial based on services already performed. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the scheduled service date or invoice date and must include sufficient documentation to support the request. Failure to submit a request within this timeframe may result in denial. 

EzXpress Logistics LLC is not responsible for refunds related to delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by weather conditions, traffic, mechanical issues, acts of God, government actions, shipper-provided misinformation, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

This Refund Policy does not supersede refund or cancellation terms contained in separate written agreements, rate confirmations, invoices, or government contracts, which shall govern in the event of any conflict.

EzXpress Logistics LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time to remain compliant with applicable laws and business requirements.

This Refund Policy is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable state law. Refund eligibility remains subject to the terms outlined above and any governing service agreement.

Ezxpress Logistics LLC provides transportation services governed by written agreements, rate confirmations, or invoices. Charges are non-refundable once services are dispatched or performed. Refunds or billing adjustments may be considered only for services not rendered due to carrier error. This policy does not override terms established under federal, state, or local government contracts.
